In today’s busy world we are stretched with raising kids, taking care of parents, work demands, social activities, volunteering and more…which often means that self-care falls low on the priority.

You are invited to an intimate and private event at La Dee Da Studio in partnership with Mind & Body Coach, Maria Angelova (Rebellious Studio) for fun, interactive 2 hour workshop. We will talk about self-love, relationships, mindset, healthy habit change, & more and in a casual, warm and inviting environment surrounding by people who support others in their journey! We will then create a visual guide (vision board) for ourself to keep us accountable and empowered, and help manifest our goals. We will end the workshop by creating an affirmation bracelet that we can wear daily as a gentle reminder of the warrior in each of us!
